What is your delivery information?
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS UNDER £30!
It is so annoying when you want to buy yourself a small treat from the internet, for example one of our gorgeous leather cuffs and then you have to pay almost the same cost again for delivery - thats why all the items under £30 in the boutique come with free delivery!
Rosemary Twang Boutique will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most presentable way possible. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours via Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Our standard combined packaging and delivery charge is £4.50 and usually takes between 3-4 days. Please note that in busy summer months delivery may take up to 7 days to arrive. Delivery is Free for all orders under £30. All jewellery, sandals and small gift items come in Rosemary Twang organza gift pouches. We hope to be adding a next day delivery service shortly.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided the item you have chosen is in stock, the delivery address has been verified and payment has been approved.
Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Rosemary Twang cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

International Delivery
Rosemary Twang will deliver to you no matter where you are in the world!
Please email info@rosemarytwang.com if you would like to enquire about an International delivery. Please state clearly what you would like to order and your country details. We will do our very best to accommodate you and find the quickest and cheapest shipping method.
Please note: Rosemarytwang.com is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
What is your returns policy?
Rosemary Twang customers have 7 days in which to return full priced items which are not suitable or which are the incorrect size for a full refund, exchange or credit note. An email must be sent to info@rosemarytwang.com within 7 days stating the order number and what item is being returned and whether you require a refund/credit note or an exchange. Please note there are no refunds on SALE items - but exchanges are accepted.

Any lost returns packages will be at the expense of the customer. Proof of delivery or recorded delivery are strongly advised. Returns must contain details of customers order number, name, address , contact number and reason for return. The cost of returning goods is at the cost of the customer.
Returned items will only be accepted back providing they are in the same condition that they were sold and in original packaging and with original labelling. Swimwear must have full hygeine labels and tags still entact.
Rosemary Twang has the right to refuse any items returned that are soiled, damaged or that have clearly been used by the customer.
Once the return has been accepted by Rosemary Twang, a refund will be credited to the customers card that they used to purchase the product. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
If your item is faulty, please email info@rosemarytwang.com with details of the fault and return the item to the above address using recorded delivery. |
